Below are some ways you can convert your ID document into the formats listed above:
1) Camera enabled smart phone:
Snap a photo of your ID using your smart phone, and then email us the attachment from your phone’s email app.
Place your ID in front of your computer’s webcam and take a photo of it. Email us the image. If you don’t have webcam software, try: https://manycam.com/
3) Desktop scanner:
Scan your ID into an image file (jpg,png,gif), and email us the image.
4) USB Camera:
Take a picture with your camera, plug the camera into your computer via USB and then email us the image file.

Locate the products you are interested in ordering by going to https://kanapost.com/shop
Click on the desired product, choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”.
When you have all your products in your shopping cart and are ready to Checkout, click on the Proceed to Checkout and you will be redirected to the Checkout page.

In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and choose a password and an account will be set up for you.
Now that you’re logged in, you will need to confirm your shipping information (name, address, email, contact number, order notes).
If you have previously ordered with Kana Post or have already emailed your photo ID, you can skip this step.
If you’re a first-time member, please make sure to upload your ID in the registration form.
After placing your order you will be redirected to an order confirmation page where you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer.
Orders only ship after E-transfer has been received.
Once your payment has been collected and your ID has been confirmed, your order will be processed and will ship within 1 business day.We’ll email your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as available.
Once you’ve sent your e-Transfer, it can take up to 40 minutes for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment.
Your e-Transfer will be pending until we collect the e-Transfer (when we process your order).
Once payment is received, your order will be processed as per our policy: (All orders received by 9 AM PST will ship the SAME business day.
If your order is received after 9 AM PST, your order will ship the following business day. Orders received after deadline on Friday will be shipped out on Monday).
Your tracking number will be sent out as soon as it’s available; however it may not be active for several hours.
Please be advised that due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as summer heat and humidity, there is a risk that the shatter you ordered will turn to budder by the time you receive it.
Unfortunately, shatter turning to budder is not uncommon when exposed to heat but it does not make your shatter unsafe in any way.
We do not offer any reimbursement or refunds if your shatter turns to budder.This similarly applies to candies and other edibles that have lost form due to heat etcetera.However we will offer full replacement of product on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping fees are $20 for orders under $149. For orders over $149, shipping is free.
Note: Orders to Nunavut are not eligible for free shipping, and are charged a flat rate of $20.00 per parcel.
Orders are shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost service. We do not ship via private courier at request.
You will receive your tracking number once your order is finalized on our end and as soon as your tracking number is available.This is likely to be within one business day (tooltip explaining Monday to Friday/no holidays only) of your payment being processed.
Once we receive your payment, your order will ship after the processing period – our processing policy is as stated:

Your delivery is guaranteed (except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec, Yukon and North West Territories or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).
All orders $500+ will be sent with a Signature Required. If you do not want this option, please leave a note with your order saying “No Signature Required, please”.
Signature Required may also be applied to packages with specific requests or for customers with security concerns over Canada Post “safe dropping” an order at their home without their presence.
If you would like your package delivered to a specific Canada Post outlet you would have to create a flex-delivery address with Canada Post, who will provide you with a specific address; otherwise packages will be sent to the address provided.
Special instructions for drop off will be included within reason.As we use Canada Post for our deliveries we have no control over how your package is delivered beyond supplying the address instructions.

As a Kana Post Member, you earn 1 Kana Point for every $1 you spend. Points calculations are based upon dollars spent at checkout, comments you made and products you share or by referring your friends. When products are returned, points will be deducted for those items returned.
For every 20 Kana Points earned from Kana Post, you will be eligible to receive a $1 store credit towards future purchases of any qualifying products. Kana Points are accessed through My Account and must be manually redeemed before use at check out. You will see a box on the check out page to enter Points value to redeem. Kana Points may be used on any purchases.
